Artwork Specifications:
Ads must adhere to the above size specifications as a high resolution
PDF, .eps, or .tiff. All fonts must be converted to curves, and layers removed. Files must be a minimum of 300 dpi, black & white or CMYK format.
Release:
All advertising and copy are subject to approval by the publisher. It is the advertiser’s sole responsibility to obtain permission for use of all photographs, art and logos used in their ads. Any costs incurred for copyright infringement will be directed to the client.
Print-ready files can be sent to:
studio@westcoastfamilies.com and will be published as received.
Production Services: We offer full design services for our advertisers. Rates start at $35/hour. Contact us for more information.
Other info
Position: Positioning done by request only. Advertiser agrees to pay a 20% surcharge. Subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment: All accounts are payable on print date. The advertiser agrees to pay interest of 2% on overdue accounts.
Discount Rates: Advertisers not meeting the obligations of their discount rate will be invoiced the difference of the discount rate and the earned rate.
Agencies: All rates published here are NET. Please add applicable taxes.
Cancellations: Display ads cancelled after deadline will be invoiced at the full rate. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Rate Adjustments: WestCoast Families reserves the right to adjust advertising rates with 30 days notice.
